Companies, associations and societies

The distribution of tasks between partners, the board, and the CEO might sometimes bring about differences in opinion in joint-stock companies. The rights and obligations of business partners can be regulated in advance by, for instance, a partnership agreement. The agreement settles the outcome in cases where, for instance, one of the partners wishes to sell their shares or dies. Increasingly common are also cooperation agreements between companies, which we draw up for our customers. We are also here to help if you have questions regarding associations and their rules and regulations, or if you have queries about road maintenance associations or cooperatives, etc.
