It is not uncommon to be involved in a dispute of some kind. A dispute might arise when a real estate purchase goes wrong, an employee is unjustifiedly dismissed, a product or a service does not match what was promised, or when a renovation not does progress as wished. Primarily we seek amicable settlements, that is a conciliation, but if needed we also take matters to court. We draw up all the needed documents on behalf of our customer and handle the contacts to the authorities etc.
